Did you know Gold Star held the first ever online air brake course in BC?

ICBC requires completion of an air brake course in BC in order to obtain a commercial driving license (Class 2 or 3) from an approved driving school. We are proud to offer this course online as a separate course, or included in our Class 1 MELT program. If you are not pursuing a commercial drivers license and you're looking to add air brakes to your Class 5/7 license, you will be required to take an air brake endorsement (Code 15).

Students partaking in this 7 hour online air brake course will learn the fundamental operation of the air brake system and its safety benefits for heavy vehicles. This course will prepare you for the required ICBC Air Brake knowledge test, and will be the first step towards obtaining your commercial license.
